The Patuxent River Navy Flying Club (PRNFC) is a recreational and instructional flying organization based at Naval Air Station Patuxent River in Maryland, USA. Membership is open to all active duty, reserve, and retired military, Civil Air Patrol, civil servants, DoD contractors, and their immediate families. The objective of PRNFC is to provide an off-duty, voluntary educational opportunity for base personnel to develop skills in aeronautics including piloting, navigation, mechanics, and other related aero sciences. We enable naval aviators to maintain their pilot proficiency while assigned to non-flying billets as well as to encourage an awareness and appreciation of general aviation. We aim to provide low-cost, safe, light aircraft operations, and a social program to promote club activities and morale.

Whether you are a certified pilot or are interested in learning how to fly, join PRNFC! The club meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 5:30pm in the Clubhouse. Visitors are welcome to attend any monthly meeting or to drop in and talk to the Manager on any weekday: he is usually in the office from 1230 to 1400.  You can also follow us on Facebook to see the latest pictures and stories as well as ask questions of members. You can also contact us by phone, fax or mail.

Club Members can log in to SkyManager to make aircraft and instructor reservations, view their account and invoices, and access member-only news and content.
